## Roles

Bits of Good is home to engineers and artists. We believe in empowering the nonprofits and democratizing technology for social good.

**Design**
User-focused members that either work with nonprofits to solve their needs from a UX and UI perspective, or work with our brand team to illuminate the BoG mission.

**Marketing**
The communicators and creative writers that advertise our mission. They handle our social media, flyers, and our upcoming BoG Blog content.

**Engineering**
The bread and butter of our nonprofit teams. These members may work in any area of the stack to learn and deliver powerful web applications.

**Product**
The leaders that weigh the needs of our nonprofits, technical challenges of our devs, and creative vision of our designers to deliver production-ready applications.

**Operations**
The leaders of our events, finances, and logistics. This department is the glue finding fun, creative ways to bring our community closer together.

**Brand**
Artisan of online presence, print, and BoG "look and feel"

**Nonprofit Partnership**
